This policy describes what NovaClimate Ag collects on this website, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this site only.

Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how visitors arrive. Analytics are set to denied by default under Google Consent Mode v2: the Google Analytics script is not requested at all until you press Accept on the consent banner. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent.

Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage, under nca-consent) so we do not ask again on every page. IP anonymization is enabled. Clearing your browser storage for this site resets the choice and the banner returns.

We do not use advertising, remarketing, or personalization cookies. Ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization are all left denied.

The contact form

The form on our contact page submits through Formspree, which forwards the message to us by email. We receive the name, email address, and message you enter. We use that information to reply to you and to carry out any work that follows. We do not sell it or use it for marketing lists.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for payment details on this site, we do not run user accounts, and we do not build visitor profiles. Aside from the analytics described above and anything you type into the contact form, we do not collect personal data.

Third parties

Two services can receive data as a result of your use of this site: Google Analytics (only after you accept) and Formspree (only when you submit the contact form). Each processes that data under its own policy.

Your choices

You can decline analytics at any time by pressing Decline on the banner, or by clearing this site’s browser storage and choosing again. To ask what we hold about you, or to have a contact-form message deleted, email contact@novaclimateag.com.
